I&#039;ve been doing that for years as an estate investor, but I&#039;ve never seen so many owners selling their own residence themselves. Having been concerned in home property as a customer and seller for over three decades I can tell you that it&#8217;s barely that fast and easy.</p>
<p>Anyone that sets about to sell houses by owner is in for an expedition of some kind. Often it is a roller coaster ride and infrequently it is a smooth commute, but it is always a trip. Anyone that has sold a home will tell you the same that I say here, that selling a home is a project that consumes your time and energy for many weeks as a minimum.</p>
<p>Hopefully it doesn&#039;t go on for many months or years. Some sellers have been waiting that long in the present market place, but I would not wish that situation on anyone. <p>Of course some of us have circumstances that give them little choice. They just have to sell their home without reference to the fact that it&#039;s a complicated time to sell because there&#8217;s so much competition on the market.
