I just passed my real estate test for NJ. I have begun my search for a job. I was wondering if any one new of any real estate companies that pay a base salary in addition to commision

I’m in Maryland, but I think Exit realty might…I’m not to sure

Did you not know that selling real estate is commission only for the most part? I don’t know any firms that allow you to sell real estate and pay you a salary.

Some of the Realtors or Real Estate Teams do. They need an assistant. They might pay you a lower salary plus a part of a commission. They give you as a new Agent the opportunity to learn hands on your new Carree as a Real Estate Agent.

You might want to look around and see which companies have top producers or top producing teams.
